Day 1

Destination: Airport - Negombo

At the arrivals at the Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be guided by our Airport Representative to your chauffeur of the journey.Located close to the Airport, about 7 km away, Negombo is a beach town with many houses of worship. Start your spiritual journey from this town. The beaches are the major tourist attractions of Negombo, while many visitors use the city for the first and the last night of their visit in this tropical country.

Day 2

Destination: Negombo - Chilaw -Negombo

Head towards Chilaw, and visit the Muneshwaram Temple, a very famous Hindu Temple. Myths associate the temple with the famous Indian epic Ramayana, and its king, Rama. People of different ethnicity and religion associate the temple with many such myths, but the importance of the temple is high among them. There is a collection of five temples, including a Buddhist temple. The central temple dedicated to Shiva is the most prestigious amongst Hindus.

Day 3

Destination:Negombo - Pinnawala - Kandy

From Negombo, you travel towards Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, a haven for orphaned elephants from and around Sri Lanka. One of popular tourist destination in Sri Lanka, within the greens and rocks, would give you an incredible insight into life.Henceforth you would journey to the rock city in the hilltops, Kandy; stunningly beautiful and refreshingly sweet. The Kandyan Kingdom remained to be a very prominent Capital in the history of Sri Lanka until it was captured in 1815. Now it holds itself as the centre of art, religion and culture of Sri Lanka. Kandy is famous for the sacred Buddhist site, the Temple of the Tooth. It is the holiest Buddhist location in Sri Lanka.

Day 4

Destination:Kandy - Ramboda- Nuwara Eliya

From Kandy, travel towards the Ramboda Hanuman Temple. A Hindu spiritual temple associated with the legend that Ravana, the demon king has hidden Sita in this area and Hanuman came to this area in search of her. You will see the idol of Hanuman; carved beautifully out of black granite, standing tall at 16 feet.Then head over to Nuwara Eliya, referred as "Little England" is the administrative capital of Nuwara Eliya District, with a picturesque landscape and temperate climate.

Day 5

Destination: Nuwara Eliya - Seethe Eliya- Ella


The scenic hill station is known for its excellent quality tea. You will go to the Seetha Amman Temple, which is also associated with the legend of Ramayana, and near the Seetha Amman Temple, you will see the Seetha Eliya. From thereon, head over to Ella, a quaint little town with a relaxed ambiance that is just peaceful to the eyes and mind. You can go hiking or trekking around the Ella Rocks and go to the Ella Gap, with one of the most stunning views.

Day 6

Destination: Ella - Kataragama

Kataragama is the most important religious pilgrimage site in Sri Lanka where people of all religions; Buddhists, Muslims and Hindus alike worship and regard as a holy place. It is the holiest of towns with an irresistible mix of pageantry and procession, piety and religious indulgence.

Day 7

Destination: Kataragama - Ussanggoda - Kataragama

According to Ramayana, Ussanggoda was the area Lord Hanuman decided the strength of King Ravana and his Rakshasas after meeting Seetha Devi. It was burnt down when Lord Hanuman's tail was set on fire by the army. It was also believed to be that the mighty King Ravana used this plateau as a landing site for his peacock chariot, “dandumonara”.

Day 8

Destination: Kataragama - Hikkaduwa

Seenigala, a small village near Hikkaduwa is associated with the Ramayana trail legend; that Seenigama was the landing place where Sugriva, the Varanas King and their monkey army, launched an attack on King Ravana and his army of Rakshas.

Day 9

Destination: Hikkaduwa

Hikkaduwa has taken a firm place on the Sri Lankan tourist map since the 1970s. One of the most breathtaking beaches along Sri Lanka's spectacular coastline is Hikkaduwa, which reputes as the second best-surfing spot in Sri Lanka.

Day 10

Destination: Hikkaduwa - Airport

Taking the Southern Expressway, you can reach the Bandaranaike International Airport in less than two hours. En route, stop over by Colombo for any last minute shopping or head over to Negombo to shop around. The two places are famous for shopping, would give you the opportunity to grab a perfect souvenir to when you go home, along with wonderful memories.
