Please note that the reservation which needs an advance or down payment may be cancelled with prior written notice via email or telephone, however, following deductions would be made according to prior notice days;

• Notice between 30 - 55 days : Fully refundable

• Notice between 15 - 29 days : 70 % refundable

• Notice Between 08 - 14 days : 50 % refundable

• Notice less than 07 days : Non-refundable

In the event of wrong bank, details, late payment, invalid inadequate funds, you will account for and at your risk and there will be no refund of money to you unless ASIA LANKA TOURS agrees or allows otherwise under its payment and cancellation policy.

In case your complaint is not addressed locally then you must write us formally within 28 days of your return home, including all relevant details which enable us to investigate matter. However, upon any arising issue, at first, you must handle or communicate problem with concern section or services provider and if the problem persists then take up formal written complaint.If you do not follow the stated procedure, then we will deprive of the opportunity to probe your complaint and resolve the issue.
